SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we have received your K9 CRACK order we will send you a thank you email to  acknowledge that we got it, and we are working on it. Once your K9 CRACK is packaged and on its way we will contact you with the shipping information and tracking number.

 

We endeavor to ship next day, barring weekends and holidays. If, for any reason, there is a delay we will email you to let you know when you can expect your package.

Shipping is expensive, but we do our best to keep the costs down because we know that you would rather spend your money on K9 CRACK rather than shipping costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes products are not what you expect, or get badly damaged in transit. We aim to satisfy both our consumers (your dog) and their parents (you), so please let us know if something does not match your expectations of our high quality products. We are not, however, obliged to replace the product if your dog decides they would prefer a different flavor to the one you purchased.

All of our products have a sell by date on the back of the bag and we recommend that your dog consumes the contents before this date, for maximum freshness. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the condition of the contents we will ask that you contact us and email a photo of the front, back and contents of the bag. We will then be happy to replace your K9 CRACK with another bag of the same price.
